PS1 SCPH-5502 Boots After long power off but not after

Hello everyone,

I have installed a psio switchboard on my pu-18 motherboard but After this install my console doesn't work anymore.

I'm stuck at the first intro and doesn't go further (no memory card manager/cd player interface)

I've triple checked the soldering on the switchboard, everything looks fine.

After the problem encountered, i've tried lots of things.

I've replaced a lot of Caps, reflowed most of the chips linked to bios and cd Reading.

I've Seen After a day powered off, the PS1 Boots normally to the memory card manager and everything Works fine.

When i reboot the console, the problem Come back.

Sometimes After lots of trying, it Works but it's really random, the only thing it Works when it was fully powered off for about 24h.

Did you have already encountered a problem like this ? I've re ordered a switchboard but still not received so i dont have tried with another at the moment.

What others things Can i check ?
