PS1 110v to 240v bord swapping?

Hello there!

I have 2 PlayStation 1s, one is from Japan that has needs 110v and the other is from New Zealand that runs on 240v, I am currently living in New Zealand and want to use the Japanese one, but the voltages are different, would it work if I just swapped the power bords? Is it that simple as that?

you have two choice
one: using 240v to 110v voltage converter, (easy?)
second: swapped the power supply boards
if match version between..
