PS one scph 102 pm 41 board controller port not working

hi, i was testing a psx fat optical unit on this psone, the laser after the test was working fine, maybe a short or something and at the next boot the laser stopped reading disk at all, not even past white screen.

after some time i noticed that also controller stopped to work. the controller is fine and tested on another console.

i found fuses ps600 601 606 and 004, all have continuity, how i can fix the controller please???

and the laser is lost forever too? the red point is present but not read any cd now.
i tested another laser on this psone and is working fine, so console is ok.
