PS1 TIM Tool

I decided to publish my tool for managing image files tim.
These are the functions of the tool:

- Convert from tim to bmp and vice versa
It supports the following tim formats:
* 4/8bit TIM with only 1 clut
* 4/8bit TIM with multi-clut
* 4bit TIM with multi-clut & multi-image (2 color font)
* 16bit TIM
* 16bit TIM with mask image
* 24bit TIM
- Changing the bit depth of bmp images
- Clut Color Editor (4 and 8 bit images only)
- Memory position editor

Tutorial included in archive for all tim image types
