That connector was produced by Cybdyn Systems (the team who made PSIO) for those who aren't aware. The designs and tooling to get the parallel connectors made cost them $30,000 USD, but unfortunately the tooling they owned was stolen in China which is why they are available on sites such as Phenom Mod.

Do you mean physically stolen tooling, and Cybdyn can now no longer produce their own connectors without that tooling?

The physical tooling was stolen by the manufacturer we paid to make our connector. They were making their own behind our back and selling them which is how we found out.
