Help with boot file

I wanted to ask if there is a tool to modify the SLUSxxxxx boot files

I found a structure of a DEMO video that can be modified without so many problems, editable images with the TIM tool and STR+XA videos. So far so good, the problem is that it has a time counter for the STR, when you change it for another one with more time, it cuts off at the end of the time. Could this timer be edited or removed?
