• You will not ask for warez or illegal software,
• You will not ask for PlayStation 1 game downloads,
• You will not upload illegal material/content,
• You will not upload pornographic material/content,
• You will not abuse the server (excessive bandwidth use, attempting to hack, etcetera), and
• You will use the FTP account for yourself and only yourself (no account sharing will be tolerated).

• You agree that we have the right to refuse you a PSXDEV membership service,
• You agree that we have the right to delete your PSXDEV membership service at any given time,
• You agree that we have the right to look in and and around your file(s)/folder(s) at any given time, and
• You agree that we may log your IP addresse(s) on the FTP server, as well as Email's and Forum logins.

• Your security is our top priority.
• We will never share your source code, content, images, or anything else you have uploaded with anyone.
• We will never give out, or store your password(s) in an unsecured manor or form, and
• We will never give out, or share your personal/identifiable information with anyone.
