Hi,
I am a new member of the site and not a native speaker so I apologize for my language errors in advance. I want to start develop some basic games for PS1 but I don't know where to start, what documention I should use. I have programming experience in C and some other languages(Java, Python). Would you please suggest a sample roadmap for very beginner?
Thanks
Where to start?

Hi. Welcome to the site.
Setup the 'Psy-Q' SDK: http://www.psxdev.net/help/psyq_install.html
Then, check out and compile the 'Hello World' example: http://www.psxdev.net/help/psyq_hello_world.html
Take it from there and good luck
