This legendary tool will allow you to change the PlayStation license screen boot logo (TMD) which is located in the first 16 sectors of the disc, license text and inject the SCEE, SCEA or SCEI license into an image. NOTE: This will not of course bypass the copy protection. For that you need a modchip.
Some TMD files may be found here: http://psxdev.net/forum/viewtopic.php?f=51&t=158
If you want to make your own TMD's, read here: http://psxdev.net/forum/viewtopic.php?f=51&t=159

does someone know the letters and symbols of the license text?
i found out that when i use the trademark symbol (TM)the SCEA text disapears and the ® is TM.
not all symbols work...
symbols i found working are: !$%&/()=?+-#;:,.><^
maybe there are more...

It should be using the font sheet located in the BIOS and that in itself is indeed missing some symbols.
