Hi, I've released a new playstation document. It's trying to give complete specs on cpu, gpu, gte, audio, cdrom, joypads, mice, lightguns, bios, and everything I could think of.

I hope it'll be useful for something... for programmers maybe. If there's something missing or wrong, please let me know!
PS. alongsides, I've also released a new psx emulator/debugger,

Is there a place in this forum for discussing emulators or debuggers? Or should I post such stuff on other webpages?

i missed something useful!!! looks cool!
Noticed some missing info:
A test on my nearest psone game, 7zip included just for fun .
Threads of Fate compression test:
~700kb size difference.
CDZ uses gzip/zlib (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Zlib) for compression which explains the relatively low compression ratios. Though at the very least it appears to use different settings than the default $gzip [file]..CDZ - Compressed disk image (format developed by pSX Author)
The specifications for this file format seem to be still unknown?

cdz: 250534954 bytes
