(not so many difernces I dont understand yet all locations what they do but version numbers, dates and some small bytes are changed (some call locations maybe? ... the SCHP-5000 Japan only, according to wiki, some hardware changes... intresting to see code diferences, did anyone publicly did some research into the bios and hardware and what changed and maybe why? (graphics arent intresting, code is)
