Help with SCPH-1001

I have a SCPH-1001 and i installed a mm3 i don't know if the points are wrong or what could not find a pic on how to install on this modle the disc will not read burn disc even with chip installed help it only reads real ps1 gamesi tested it with burn music disc and burn game disk with chip and it will not read if

I would recommend the classic wiring first just to check if that modchip is working properly.

I have a 1001 chiped and the pic that allenmjar put up is how i installed mine.
Yours dosnt look right i thonk i had a 900x that was wired like that years ago cant remeber

But i think the 4 wire install is just for backups and not region
For pal/region it involves lifting a pin or two and a whole lot of other things to get pal games to work
Was too much for me i tried so i can play darstalkers 3 Europe version was the only one i could find
And decided it was ro much
