You will need to install the PsyQ SDK to compile it, I haven't myself compiled this to see if it works so good luck with trying.

Some months ago, I started writing a free (GPLv3-or-later-licensed) real-time strategy video game that currently works on the PlayStation 1, Unix-like operating systems and Microsoft Windows (Win9x included):

It is largely unfinished, but maybe it makes more sense to contribute to it rather than trying to compile a proprietary video game like Warcraft 2.
