Making a ROM for Action Replay cartridge

Hi,
I have compiled an .exe and want to flash it to an action replay card, so that the PS1 will auto execute the EXE file everytime it starts up. Does anyone know how to convert an EXE to action replay rom? Thanks a lot!

alex-free has a program to convert a PSX EXE to a GameShark/PAR ROM called "psexe2rom". https://alex-free.github.io/psexe2rom/
PSX Dev. Console: SCPH-7502 (PAL), MM3, Xplorer with Caetla 0.38.
