Here's the Innovation Super GB Booster Plus dump.
Comes with a 512k SST 28SF040 eeprom.
There're 2 switches on the devices, one is used to select each 256k bank, see manual from the link for details.

Expand.exe generated from no$psx is meant to flash a cartridge to install the kernel clone to it.

Can't really quantify since there were a lot of those clones/hacks back in time.
The current romset contains about 70 roms, it's just a collection of everything that i could find.
If you own some other carts, it might be worth checking them.

I bought my adapter fully assembled from Xrider but it's using one of these.

Looking at your screenshot: Access to the port is denied Which operating system are you using ? Did you try running it as administrator ? Did you try using Unirom 8.0.C and the NoPs exe that comes with at all ? Judging by your folder name, it looks like your using the latest one from the Github page...

It's a matter of few secondes for your cart.

I too had issue with newer NoPs hanging on Waiting for response or protocol negotiation with my setup.
Please try Unirom 8.0.C and the NoPs.exe that comes with as a workaround (testing both tx/rx settings to make sure).
That worked for me.

Which Unirom / NoPs version are you using ?
Please try with Unirom 8.0.C and NoPs that comes with.
Sickle made some changes to latest NoPs that may have broken a few things when used with older Unriom.

By opening a command prompt or just get the attached file.
Unizip the .bat file alongside NoPs, edit it to change the com port matching your setup, save and execute it.

Get NoPs.exe from Unirom release or download latest one from here . Connect your serial cable, boot Unirom's disc, plug your cartridge and run this command from your current NoPs folder: NoPS /dump 0x1F000000 0x20000 com X Replace X with your COM port number (check Unirom readme for more infos). It might be for a single dumping usage i agree. But it's good to have one if you ever need to tinker with some other cartridges in the future. It would, for example, also allow you to flash/recover carts where roms wouldn't yet be included with Unirom's disc or even easily update your cart with late...
