ePSXe ran fine on a w98Se machine. My first pc was a Celeron 366 , 20gb HDD and not even 512MBs of ram. Try that one...I had some trouble with NO$PSX, which was really odd. PS1 titles, weren't all that demanding anyway.

I love these forums, and emulators...but I hate to be the one who brings up this, on THIS PARTICULAR emulator forum. But in my opinion, NO$PSX sucks :shrug . I feel like it's too buggy of an emulator for simple PS1 titles and ISOs. I'd go so far as to say that BLEEM! is a better emulator than NO$PSX...
