did you check the resistance on the power button terminals with it pressed? if you don't resist, it's ok. these components are fuses, and one of them in specific is jumpered with a thin copper wire, it is the PS004, if I'm not mistaken it is responsible for feeding the controls with 3V or 8V I don't...
