Most likely a blown fuse. Are you sure? :) I've done a test a short while ago. The PSU is power on and the LED lights. How did your BIOS become corrupted? It's mask ROM. It shouldn't ever become corrupted. With that said, you can't flash it. You need to replace it or solder up a new chip with the same addressing, data bits, voltage and size (512 KB). I think it corrupted after a while by the bad soldered Mod-Chip a...
