Re: South Park Rally PSX (ELF FILE FORMAT)

It seems you have confused several versions, because The CDIMAGE.ELF sample file size (71479296 bytes) is different from the size for the SLES-02352 version, which is 57798656 bytes.

Re: SIOCONS compatible USB Cable

Xrider, this UART module did't work for me without inversion of the HANDSHAKE lines.

Here either add an additional chip (74XX), or change the FTDI chip to the original one.

Could you post your wiring diagram?

Thx

Ill do a full guide shortly, but the simple diagram below is if you want to use non-FTDI or fake-FTDI modules :- non_ftdi_wiring.png Just get hold of a 74HC00 and wire as above. I did briefly test this on a CP2103 and it worked perfectly. assembled the scheme, but modified it a little according to ...

Re: Modchip for JP PS1?

Japanese bios has additional bootloader verification if you want to start a game from another region (without swap bios), then you need to change the bootloader to Japanese (patch image before burn cd-r) or use the "import player" (with Japanese bootloader), for disks with other bootloaders (Europe,...

Re: Blade Libs + MIPSGCC + Jum SDK

gwald, bladesdk is pretty buggy
it can't run PS-EXE directly from burned disk on ps1 (but work on ps2, yeah, strange glitch)
you will need to use a loader, after which the main.exe is launched
I warned!

bladesdk v1.2 full

loader search here - http://www.candu.co.uk/psx/

Re: [HELP] Silent Hill PAL to NTSC

If I understand correctly, you need a negative Y-Fix
try

Code: Select all

Y-Fix 80018F00 fffc (fff8)
