I buyed a chip psnee at tiny 45, the seller say Its programmed multiregion, but installed on my jap pu20 (the install Is fine) boots only japanese burned games. So the region hack isnt working fine. What Is the problem here? Is not a multiregion program? I think he programmed It wrong, but i wait ...

Yeah, there are modchips that handle that automagically. (Well it's more like a tiny board with a crystal on it for timing).
I have the opposite which splits out a PAL60 signal when it detects NTSC - pretty useful. Failing that I guess the opposite of the NPAL convertors might be useful with them ...
