There are a few factors that matter. First of all, what PlayStation model do you have?

Hmm, that's interesting. Can you elaborate ? I had no ideal that cross region light gun compatibylity could be model dependent. Currentrly I have SCPH-102 but when PSIO is released I will have to buy new preinstaled board cus I am not able to instal PSIO. My current PSX is also in very poor condition meaning I don't even intent to play him any longer.
Please let me know why model works with japanese hyperblaster cus one of them I will buy from you later :)

Well if gøcon is going to need to do Colour Modification, then yes, it does matter.

I see where you're coming from now however.
I assumed that when he said 'Hyperblaster', he meant it was a game.
Instead, it is a Lightgun. So no, it doesn't matter what model you use it on.

As long as Konami followed the standard PlayStation controller/lightgun protocol from Sony, then the Hyperblaster should work on any PlayStation :P

Just for clarification.. My concert isn't wheather japanese Hyperblaster works with PAL concole. I am woried if japanese Hyperblaster works with PAL CRT TV. One might assume that japanese Hyperblaster was designed to work only with NTCS-J CRT TV which has different refrete rate and resolution if I am not mistaken then PAL CRT TV.

BTW I thought that Sony made Guncon protocol and Konami protocol for Hyperblaster. Physical plugs are same not doubt.

They should work perfectly fine on any TV, because it's the console (PSX in this case) that outputs the sync.
The lightgun has nothing to do with it. It's up to your TV if it can display 50Hz and or 60Hz.
