This legendary tool will allow you to change the PlayStation license screen boot logo (TMD) which is located in the first 16 sectors of the disc, license text and inject the SCEE, SCEA or SCEI license into an image.
NOTE: This will not of course bypass the copy protection. For that you need a modchip.
