If you're confused about how to setup the dip switches, read the DTL-H2000 topic here.

I'e noticed that using or setting an interrupt causes the mouse to disappear in MEDITOR.EXE when you have finished selecting polygons. It is best to leave the IRQ jumper disabled (none).
