How Can ı Upload Bios in My playstation
any Upload Bios software Is there ?
I'm Newbie For Psx Developer :)

What on earth are you talking about? :shrug

You can't write to mask ROM. Period. If you want a re-flashable PSX BIOS, you'll have to desolder the existing BIOS and find a suitable IC which is an E/EPROM. I don't see the point though.
