Ps1 bios replacement help!

Hi everyone, I'm trying to replace my jap ps1 bios with a PS1 DTL-H1100 or similar just for fun.
I had a look all over the web but I cannot find an IC that would work for purpose.

I'm a kind of a newbie with ps1 bios and stuff like that but I'm totally fine if I need to solder/modify anything.

Any help would be appreciated!
