The term “IGR” stands for “In-Game Reset” and refers to a feature that allows you to restart the console directly from the controller without needing to power off the system or press the physical Reset button. This action is achieved through a button combination and is especially useful for ODEs (Optical Drive Emulators) like the Xstation or PSIO, enabling a quick return to the game selection menu.

To activate IGR, hold the button combination on your controller for 2 seconds. If released earlier, the restart will not initiate.
Button combination: L2 + R2 + START + SELECT
