My 9002 Console Vibration Not Work
I have 1 broken 3 working both revision 9002 console ı have my 2nd console some problem.
My Scph-9002 Console Vibration Not Work But if ı put my Gamepad My Another Console vibration is work
ı change controller flexi cable And Gamepad Socked but not working this way
How Can ı fix this problem ?

Check the fuse on the mainboard. It's most likely blown.
Development Console: SCPH-5502 with 8MB RAM, MM3 Modchip, PAL 60 Colour Modification (for NTSC), PSIO Switch Board, DB-9 breakout headers for both RGB and Serial output and an Xplorer with CAETLA 0.34.
PlayStation Development PC: Windows 98 SE, Pentium 3 at 400MHz, 128MB SDRAM, DTL-H2000, DTL-H2010, DTL-H201A, DTL-S2020 (with 4GB SCSI-2 HDD), 21" Sony G420, CD-R burner, 3.25" and 5.25" Floppy Diskette Drives, ZIP 100 Diskette Drive and an IBM Model M keyboard.

I Search Blowing Fuses My Card with My multimeter see 1 (20 number) fuses is broken
after ı get this (20 number) new fuses my old Broken psx board now vibration it work
and after ı bypass my old psx board little cable

No problem, but do not bypass it. You should really replace that fuse because the next thing that will fry is your CPU if a short or current draw overload happens.

ı look 20 number smd fuses Amperage is :0,75 A - 3,15 A and 24-72v
this Cable appropriate cable or not ?

Don't use a cable as a fuse. Use a real surface mount fuse like the original.

I am really looking for those fuses aswell. To be exact :
PS605 - 600mA fuse supplies 3.3V to controller ports.

PS602 - 800mA fuse supplies 8V to DualShock motors.
