Adventure game Elansar & Philia

Post by Orion_ » December 4th, 2013, 10:43 pm

A year ago I made an adventure game called Elansar, it's a game close to "myst" and "riven" adventure game.
This game was released on many platform (pc, mac, linux, iphone, android, atari falcon, atari jaguar cartridge)
I'm also currently working on the sequel of this game, it's called Philia.
As I love the PS1, I'm really thinking about porting these two games on the PS1 in a one CD compilation.
But, before starting working and investing money on this, I would like to know how many people would actually be interested in buying this game.
So I'm asking here if people are interested, please vote seriously, if you vote yes, then you are Really interested in buying the game, if you won't buy the game, just don't vote, or vote no.

The CD should be around 25 euros, worldwide shipping included, 4 languages for Elansar (english, french, spanish, german), and 2 languages for the Philia sequel (english, french), The game will feature Mouse support.

If enough people are interested (at least 20) I will start working on it.

Thank you :)

Here is a video of the first game Elansar:

Seems like an interesting game, but I would have to vote no. It made me feel sleepy while watching the video. The graphics are good and all and it looks interesting, but it's not my type of a game to play.

Maybe make an action game. That's what I'm going for. Those are really popular these days and gives the players excitement. That is what made the PlayStation great. You need a game that draws the players in and not clicking with a mouse to look for something to fix a boat with :P

I'd consider it, like to support home brew, 25 euro might be touch high. And normally I like to see home brew give back to the community with sample code etc...

ok, so, result: only one vote, and one "no".
well, I think I'll bury this project and my next ps1 production will not see the light of day after a while...
