No luck. I get compiler errors no matter what. Which version of windows should I be using?

Shouldn't matter.. i'm in Win7 x32 and it seems to be fine.
What methods did you try?
What block size?
Does the headerless option work?
Screenies. Omg screenies!
Might help if you share the file too?

This is the file that I created using PScode. When I use CAECODE I get this "Compiler er1or!" error. I'm using no header and auto resize.

Okie, so the file you posted... is an already compiled binary file.. without a header.
Possible use: appending manually onto the rom.

What you're after (I think) is making a file you can pop on a memory card and upgrade from there?
If that is the case... This setting turns the file you just sent (demo.bin), back into the original text file...

Then this setting turns it into a 32kb (4 block) memory card file that you can drop on a memory card..

Little clearer?

Aha. That's what I was looking for. Thank you. Now I just have to build up the cheats file I guess. I put .38 on there. Is that what looks for the cheat file on the MC? Also, are there any places for custom icons?

Heh no worries. Pretty sure .38 can upgrade from the MC, but maybe another member can confirm?
Not really sure how the icon is handled or what format it uses, but there are tons of PSX memory card programs out there for changing names, values, icons, etc. maybe you'll find something that can do it after?

Yeah. Now I just have to get the code list over to it and then save the mc file. What tool put the file on the mc?

Wasn't sure if there was an alternative. Do I need 98 for that or can I use XP or 7?
Also, is there some manager for codes? I was going to just compile everything into one big file and ship it over.

Ok I loaded the cheat codes up to the Xplorer that I flashed with Caetla .38. I see it there, with it's own icon and it's taking up 4 slots. I don't see a way to browse codes though. Does the save have to have a specific filename or something when it's on the MC?

Never tried with 0.38 when I last used cheats it was on 0.34.

You loaded the files onto the memory card and then just went into cheats from the main menu and that was it.
