Works under Windows 98! Great for 3D moddeling.
When it comes to texturing things however, you should export your 3DS file and import it into Blender, where Lameguy64's 'RSD export plug-in' will actually UV wrap textures perfectly. You can test that everything worked in Blender by using RSDTOOL afterwards. Otherwise, use Sony's method, which is that you export as a DXF, load up MEDITOR.EXE and then texture under the Graphic Artist Board.
