Net Yaroze For Me

I was hoping to get my Net Yaroze up and running. The first machine I tried I couldn't get the linux siocons to work and couldn't get it to install freedos. On the second machine I got freedos installed. I compiled my code. siocons connected. The file name and size sent but no data was sent.
I tried yarexe but the executable didn't work with pcsxr. I'm thinking this may be the end of my Net Yaroze journey unfortunately.
EDIT: I decided to try to fix the siocons for linux, I know I had this problem a long time ago when I got a faster computer. I looked though the code and added a nanosleep in a handshake function. It now transfers properly. Still need to get the compiler working under linux. I don't want to have to boot freedos everytime I want to compile.
