Pass data from memory card to PC

Hi

I want to know if there is any way to pass data from the Memory Card from "Game Shark" or "Action Replay Pro" directly to the PC without having to play solder or electronics.

Or connect the Game Shark of the parallel port by adapting it to the serial port.

If you have a PS1 serial cable you can use my PS1CardLink.
Dev console: SCPH-7502, FreePSXBoot, CH340 serial cable.
