Strange noise reading Games

Hello, I have update my PS1 1002 laser with an original 440 BAM having no problem at all for almost five days... now for uknown reason when lens is reading something, CD tray makes a strange " UUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUH" noise that stop as sooon as lens stop reading. Games runs very well, no problem or skipping issue, no mechanism sound just that loud "uuuuuuuuuuh"!!!
What could it be?

It turns out that was the spindle.

How did you solve this issue, by replacing the spindle?

Where is the mode of work and the sound clear ?!
The game is suitable for testing,
Is:The game that the lens has gone to read all the disc
Then the game is loaded
This represents a healthy lens

Sorry for being so late: I change spindle and its motor with a Chinese lens one.
