i have a question :

i want to Edit a PS1 Game , but i don't know what software's i should use!

so please say that what software's i must have , to decompress and extract a PS1 Game files.

if you have a "HOW TO USE" document about that software's please give me that.

What does it mean? I see your question is old, but why Not give more special Information? There are many Tools for manipulate ps1 games.
