Caetla running on cd?

Many years ago I had a bootleg cd that would launch caetla off a cdr. I can't seem to find it now. Is this available some place?

If it booted without a modchip, then no they're pretty rare to find these days.

I have the cheat engine compilation CD...is there a way to put one of those cheat systems into a single iso?

Yes. Most cheat systems are stand alone exectutables, but some (like Game Guru, last GameShark/Xploder/CheatcodeS versions) do load resource files from the disc. I believe that some Datel stuff play their introduction/adverts from fixed LBAs too.
What cheat software would you like to have into a single disc image ? Maybe I can arrange that for you...
Otherwise almost all the original discs were datted by Redump.

I need something that works in the USA, can save cheats to the MC, and is preferably caetla based. I'm hoping to get this running on the PSIO
