I already opened the iso and extract the game, I tried to edit with psyq sdk, but how put more things in the game? eg. new weapons, new moves, familiares, relics ...
have a way with hex editor?

you must build a complete new iso of your modified, and use a scene tool to compare the original iso with your modified one. later the tool create you a PPF file. this PPF file you have to put in the original ISO. burn and done.
Don't use HEX. this will only cause an error.

when i code a demo or a patch i put the game into the PS 1. Start my patch on PC --> send it to the PS 1 and test all changes in the game.
