Has anyone ever tried to use these exploits https://hackinformer.com/PlayStationGui ... OADER.html
on a real PS1?

So it copies memory card images for use with a VITA? I'm sure a CD-R with all the saves could easily be made, but then you'd need to write a memory card program to write the saves. Should be pretty straight forward to do though. It'd just take a lot of time to create everything and get it in order because obviously you'd want a search function so you don't scroll through all the saves on the disc :)

I meant like editing the file to load an .exe from the card that won't crash the emulator.

this is interesting for use with playstation 2, old models not support ps1 swap via psxlauncher or ulaunchelf

uniroom only works on ps1 ?

Unirom only works on ps1, the ps2 has no parallel port so you can't plug the cartridge in.

If this exploit also works on a real PS1, that would be nice for hacking a psone without a modchip.
You could write the special save on a memory card with an external USB adapter.
Too bad that the hacking method isn't explained in detail ..

It's a buffer overflow in the save file for all 3 games. For XS Moto it's activated by loading a game and starting a single race, Tekken 2 losing a survival match, and in Sports Superbike 2 loading the save and going to a multiplayer match. XS Moto is the only one I've done anything with. You can compile the code to 80125320 and paste it in at offset 2504 of the mcd file I uploaded.
