Adding MOD and playing in background

Hi! I want to do some cosmetic changes in IMBnes emulator, and i want to put an MOD to play in the Romlist but i just don't know where to add the codes of the player! (i do know how that i need to convert mod to HIT) I don't know if it is possible though, because i don't managed to find any "menu strings" in the code! Not even the text of the emulator.

Can you explain a Bit more please. I always use mod sounds in my Demos for Background music

I simply want to add MOD to play while we are in the rom's list of the emulator. But i don't know coding(but i know the emulator is in assembly)
