The english part looks good. But...
What language is used in chapter 3 thru 4.6 ? Is that japanese/chinese/other?
Or, is it english too, but encoded as shift-jis instead of ascii?

Thanks! But... looking closer at the "capr-eng.txt" translation... that's really a bad software generated translation. The "CAPR_ENGLISH.TXT" translation is WAYS better (despite of having some chapters left untranslated).
For example, "Get version" (in "CAPR_ENGLISH.TXT") translates to "John is aquired" (in "capr-eng.txt" (and that's still one of the better cases with clear gramatically correct sentences, most of the remaining document is a total mess with unclear overcomplicated and gramatically incorrect sentences, where one couldn't even guess what it's talking about)).
