32kHz to 44 or 48kHz

I need a simple diagram where I can convert fixed 32kHz @ 24-bit (Toslink) into 44kHz or 48kHz @ 24-bit, keeping Toslink as output.

converting 32khz to 44 or more can be done with soundforge or samplitude. i can convert a *.wav for ya. all i need is the wav at least :)

No it can't! Is a HARDWARE problem, not a software one. To be able to capture 32kHz you already need a card it support it (I have, but many others not). So, the solution (I want) lies 100% on HARDWARE, not software!

This is why I mentioned "keeping Toslink as output" above.

in psio we convert 18,9/37.8khz to 44.1 , as ps1 used last one.., by software. also, some kind formula i saw from no$cash psx specs pages

But now I figured I can just change the clock (cristal), the IC does supports async.
