I tried adding one ages ago, but it didn't work. I might try again at some point though :)
Development Console: SCPH-5502 with 8MB RAM, MM3 Modchip, PAL 60 Colour Modification (for NTSC), PSIO Switch Board, DB-9 breakout headers for both RGB and Serial output and an Xplorer with CAETLA 0.34.

PlayStation Development PC: Windows 98 SE, Pentium 3 at 400MHz, 128MB SDRAM, DTL-H2000, DTL-H2010, DTL-H201A, DTL-S2020 (with 4GB SCSI-2 HDD), 21" Sony G420, CD-R burner, 3.25" and 5.25" Floppy Diskette Drives, ZIP 100 Diskette Drive and an IBM Model M keyboard.

Here is a "Like" from me, Thanks for sharing :D
(not so many difernces :P I dont understand yet all locations what they do but version numbers, dates and some small bytes are changed (some call locations maybe? ... the SCHP-5000 Japan only, according to wiki, some hardware changes... intresting to see code diferences, did anyone publicly did some research into the bios and hardware and what changed and maybe why? (graphics arent intresting, code is)
Development Console: SCPH-102, unkown clone Modchip, PAL , FTDI board build into the case (microUSB) for Serial I/O.
Development Computer: GNU/Linux, Arch x86_64 Linux 4.20.3, i7-3632QM [8x3.2GHz], 11,8GiB, 1366x768 GeForce GT 630M (Optimus tech), lots of gig of storage

Do you have the mainboard where the SCPH-5000 bios chip came from, too? The board name & mechacon chip part number would be interesting for adding it to this list: http://www.psxdev.net/forum/viewtopic.php?f=70&t=1065

Here are two dumps I had on my computer. Not sure if they are the same as the OP's dump.
