PlayStation 1 SCPH-1001 NTSC

Post by Andrey-gsvo » July 29th, 2022, 9:21 pm

Greetings!
I need your help. I have a Sony PlayStation 1 SCPH-1001 NTSC. PU-8 board version 22.
A friend had it with chips, but they were removed and then it came to me. Now the console is hanging on the primary screensaver. There is no sound.
Who has good photos of the original board from the front and back so that I can try to restore the original appearance? Maybe after that it will work..
photos with chips before they are removed, attached.

You should leave this mod. It's a colour burst frequency mod and without it, some of the SCPH-1000 series can crash with a black screen when changing video modes on a game which region isn't for your console.
