PU-23 PsNee Installation

Hey all, was hoping someone on this board may be able to help me out. I was interested in using one of my Arduino Pro Minis for PsNee, however, when I opened up my old PS1, I realized I had a PU-23 and can't find a diagram anywhere for it 
Would anyone be able to help me out? Would be super appreciative of it.
