[WTB] SCPH-1000 PU-7 motherboard with S-Video

Looking to buy a replacement Pu-7 with S-video out motherboard for my Japanese PS1 SCPH-1000 console .. the board that i have now for some reason won't output video & audio at all also the CD drive won't spin either.. there's power but nothing comes on
