Hello.

First of all, sorry for my bad english.

I'm dx3m from Austria. :)
I'm 18 (in two months 19) years old, hobbies are programming and modding Hardware.
I came from the PSP Homebrew scene were I made some Plugins for example "Popbios". It replaces the POPS Emulator Bios with an regular PS1 Bios. Just because of the nostalgic bootup. ;)

At the moment i want to build a Dual BIOS mod for my PSX. I have bend CE Pin up from the BIOS chip and soldert a wire to an microcontroller to controll to boot from Original BIOS or an custom BIOS. The rest of the wires I've soldert to an 5V 4Mbit Flash chip but it doesn't work. Custom BIOS chip doesn't work atm. but the Original do. Power for the Flash chip comes from the PSX 5V Regulator. I hope I get it working to post something about it. Maybe I wired it incorrectly or the Flash chip doesn't work(It's an SST39SF040). Have someone a tip for me?
