SCPH-1002 problem with some games

Hello,
I have a strange problem with my SCPH-1002 PAL.
The console was capkit(ed) as well as the power supply.
Equipped with an MM3.
My optical unit is really good with an RF/eye pattern at 0.6V on my burned backups (1.2V PP).
First strange thing: I have a worse signal on my original CDs which are, however, clean (0,45V - 0,9 PP).
My CD-Rs are "classics" PhtaloCyanine FTI burned on my Plex Premium in 4X.
The second annoying thing is that I have a few rare games that don't work either in original or copied versions.
Like, Gran Turismo, Parasite eve 2 ...
Same thing with my chip disabled.
Gran Turismo block after the "advert" screen (screen after SCEE logo and white full screen text "Sony computer Europe").
if I remember correctly, there must be a video right after this screen and the drive must be in double speed ?!
Same problem with GT2.
I have a lot of games that work well otherwise.
Can it be a Driver/buffer dead chip ?
Thank for your help and happy new year ^_^
