MkPSXISO help

Post by Beginner » December 17th, 2021, 7:05 pm

Explain it to me like I'm five.

So, I used CDMage to take apart this .cue file for a PS1 game.

Exported a file, I wanted to make changes to, changed it & now I want to know how to use MkPSXISO to rebuild it.

I'm REALLY new & beginner at using command prompt & I'm really confused as to how I'm supposed to make/rebuild the ISO. After pulling up command prompt.

Can't you replace the file directly in CDMage ?
Modded file just needs to be equal or smaller in size, no need to rebuild everything.

Can it? After the psx image is extracted in CDMage...
I right click a file [it's a .70 file type] found in the .cue & select "Import File" only for it not to be replaced at all. And the file replacing it is the same size & even the same file type too.
