hi,

a good friend of mine have maybe the biggest? PS1 Cracktro channel on Youtube. I support as good as i can. But now we face a problem:

Dynamite's PS1 Trainer by Neimod (don't have anymore contact to him) made this one for "Megaman 8"

I tried everything to run his PSX Exe but all i see is always a black screen.

- Is someone able to run this Trainer? (attached)

- Is someone able to reverse the code that i can see what he did wrong to fix the line or address that the PSX Exe run properly without black screen?

thanks for reply.

Thank you so much for your support, we have known each other since 2010 through YT and then on Skype :) I hope that something can be done with this intro I would not call it damaged!

Hey Gandhi are you the one who was a part of my old Group Undercover-Agents?

If yes, please contact me because you and me were really close friends in the past. Do you remember?

Aha, wenn Du wirklich aus Österreich kommst, dann bist Du es. :D
Ich suche dich seit Jahren !

By the way, many intros are coded for the newer GPU revision of the PSX:
https://psx-spx.consoledev.net/graphics ... right-x2y2
They do use the Y-coordinate bits which are unsupported on the older GPU. Moreover, many emulators have got a problem with this one too (be it Sony ones or homebrew pSX). To fix them you need to patch the 0xE04 command with restricted drawing area corners. Two examples from affected cracktros:
Sydney 2000 PAL-UK PDX: 0x8010212c -> 0xe4080200 patched to 0xe407fdff
Spyro 3 PAL PDX: 0x8002C24C -> 0xe4080200 patched to 0xe407fdff

The Problem is, that we use nowadays Emul8ors. I left my original Dev SDK since years, when i figured out, that Emu's also make a great Job. On the other Hand, i don't want set up the old Environment to code because i don't have enuff space in my Office . And this lead me back to the start at the circle. Modern Windows, modern Hardware, coding/ programming is working as well but emulating is horrible . And that's the piont when some codework fail, but it would not fail if i use the original SDK plus Hardware.

It's like the Devil 😆

I also have a similar problem. Recently I used vector photos for the first time in my project and realized how cool and promising it is. Designers can easily manipulate vector graphics using vector editing software like Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, or Inkscape (lemmy images). Vector images are incredibly versatile and can be used in a wide range of applications across various industries. Vector images are compatible with a wide range of software and platforms, making them easy to integrate into existing workflows. In summary, the advantages of using vector images are numerous and undeniable.
