Can we make it so that non-members can see and download attachments?

I think that letting non-members download files and see the images we post would really help this forum. It would open up a lot of resources to newcomers without making them go through the signup process. I sent a link to people on the PSXDEV discord channel about a question that I posted and they could not download my attachment or see the reference photo.

PSXDEV.NET is free and I've been operating it out of my pocket for over 9 years now with zero ads or donations asked. I disabled downloads without signups ages ago because the server was being absolutely hammered with people just hot-linking and downloading like crazy and it was costing me hundreds of dollars a month in bandwidth quota being exceeded. If I recall, the server was pushing out over 200 GB of data per month.
