Brand new to this place

Hi. i'm brand new here. I'm trying to figure out the best way to start trying to make ps1 homebrew games. I have little skill or knowledge on coding and computer stuff but would love to learn. Any advice from those more knowledgeable would be appreciated.

Looks like we've missed the hey days of this place, 1128nesecret. It's still a great resource though.
